Senheng® Corporate Culture the Engine of Growth

This is a book about the record of journey that SenHeng strived to achieve over the last 20 years. In fact, this book was published long time ago... Everytime I took it up, I will end up putting it back automatically, LOL. Perhaps... the perception that this book serves as a marketing tool for Senheng was always in my mind... LOL

Ok... so, how did I end up getting this book? Well, I bought it when I was actually purchasing my YES modem in a SenQ outlet. Sound weird? Yes, I did purchased a modem through SenQ outlet while I was busy accompanied my queen in a shopping mall, LOL. After details explanations (by a well-trained SenQ staff !!! Well done, mates !!!), I decided to go with it (the modem and the book). When a person received such an excellent services, I guess anybody would be eager to read about their corporate culture. So, this is how I end up buying and reading an excellent book!

On the book..... a very simple yet knowledgeable book. For speedy readers, I think you can finish it up within a day ! (No joke, LOL). It covered Senheng's history and went through the hardship by the founder of Senheng, Mr KH Lim. (Well done, Mr. KH Lim !!!) The corporate culture part is fantastic. Imagine... a jaguh kampung company, started a business with only half shop become nowadays about 106 branches and yearly sales reach of RM6Billion. The corporate cultures sums up everything !!!

The best of it.... guess how much this book cost? Original price at RM 38.90 (10-20% discount depends on where u buy it) !!!  Super cheap.... My personal rating: 7/10 !!! Come on, save yourself 4 pack of cigarettes and you would be able to explore a company's culture.... Why not?

一胜九败

优衣库(UNIQLO)成长的过程。。。。。。

书名是【一胜九败』，可我读来读去好像都是“九胜一败”的感觉(LOL)。 是作者（翻译者）取错了名，还是噱头又再一次发挥了它的作用。这本书再次验证了一个事实；出名的书未必是好书！！！如果你期待的是作者分享“败”的经验，请别浪费时间。或许拿督叶绍全的【领航者】(The Navigator) 更能凸显这方面的宝贵经验。

好，还是要打分。。。10分满分就给2分吧！（很高了！哈）有谁有兴趣购买此书，本人愿以半价出让，哈。。。。。。

本书一共六个部分。第一章既为第一部分，点出了本书的主题——“无奈，为什么离我们越来越近”，本章盘点了几个最为流行的关键词，比如说“淡定”、“愤青”、“无奈”、“幸福”等等。第二、三、四章为第二部分，通过央企涨价、368万的天价过路费、菜贱伤农又不惠民三个主题让我们看到的是，似乎什么都在涨价，但就是老百姓的工资不怎么见涨。第五、六、七章为第三部分。第五章的“油荒气短”让我们看到油疯狂涨价背后的主要原因并不是国际油价的上涨，而是数不清的税费。第六章讲的是在银行一次又一次“加息”后，我们发现，我们在银行的存款还是在不断贬值，中小企业想从银行拿到贷款简直比登天还难。第七章的主题是养老金改革，告诉我们一个真实的传说，养老金也是会破产的，有我们中国香港的养老金破产作证。

郎教授的演讲从不缺乏精彩之处（至少没有货币作者的阴谋论，LOL）。所以郎教授的书怎么能错过呢？老实说，看了好多本郎教授的书，每一本都不错。就这本来说，评价都有8/10 吧。。。教授又一次的给我们更震撼的解析！

安德烈 科斯托兰尼（Andre Kostolany），德国知名投资大师的一本佳作。只可惜市面上好像没英文版（为什么？？？？），不然应该更加彻底的凸显大师的精神。。。。。

本人十分推荐此书。现已订阅大师另外五本佳作（好像还有其它，但只找到这五本）。想在大众买到，几乎是不可能。。去恒河网查一查吧。就算他们没有，也可帮忙代购呀。

10/10 的佳作！！！赞赞赞！！！
